Eminent singers Bhupinder Singh and Mitali Singh came and conquered Zee Bangal Saregamapa Program on 11th September. Bhupinder Singh and Mitali Singh sang the duet song "do diwane shahar me, raat me aur do pahar me" at the beggining of the show. The song was composed by Jaidev in the film Gharonda and picturized on Amol Palekar and Zarina Wahab.
Jishu Sengupta told the audience about Bhupinder Singh's closeness with RD Burman. He asked him to share experiences with the audience. Bhupinder Singh talked about once taking RD Burman to Sterling Cinema in Mumbai to see a film. The music in film haunted Pancham and later when the song "chura liya hai tumne jo dilko" in the film Yaaadon Ki Baraat was composed he reminded Bhupinderji that the inspiration of that music was the film which both of them saw few days back. Bhupinder Singh played the guitar in huge number of films where RD Burman composed music including songs like "dam maro dam", in the film Hare Rama Hare Krishna.

Both Bhupinder Singh and Mitali Singh appreciated the participants in the show. One girl sang a folk song "sadher lau banailo more bairagi". Mitali Singh in reply said that whether East Bengal or West Bengal, the level of love for music and standard of audience that she had got in Bengal, she had not seen in part of the world.
Jishu Sengupta asked Bhupinder Singh to play the guitar also in the show. A performer Sonju Mondol sang "koto je shohor nodi" which was originally sung by Kumar Shanu. Jishu Sengupta told Joy Sarkar that the song originally created waves in bengal in durga puja when it was released. The participant sang well. Mitali Singh asked who was the participant dedicating the song to. Alka Yagnik, the other judge said, he dedicated to both Alkaji and Mitaliji, the only reason was that his wife was not there in the show. Kumar Shanu appreciated the singer and sang the same song on request by Jishu Sengupta and Joy Sarkar.
