Borea Majumdar glorified Sachin Tendulkar on his birthday.
Cricket historian Boreo Majumdar and ex-cricketer Sambaran Banerjee came to Zee Bangla Mirakkel program on 24th April, 2012.
They came to the show on the 39th birthday of Sachin Tendulkar. That was the reason why Mir Afsar Ali, the anchor of Mirakkel Program called the two cricket experts.
Sambaran Banerjee said that he did not have the experience of watching Don Bradman who was arguably considered to be the greatest batsman in the historyof cricket with 99.99 average runs in Test Cricket.
Sambaran Banerjee appreciated Sachin Tendulkar.
But those cricketers he did see, amongst them Sachin Tendulkar was the best. His record of 100 centuries in test cricket and one day internationals speaks about the greatness of the great cricketer.
Borea Majumdar gave interesting information about Sachin Tendulkar. He said when in his first international tour against Pakistan, Waqar Yunus’s delivery injured his nose, he started bleeding. Javed Miandad from the cover region came and said that he was a child and should return back. Imran Khan asked the fielders to get back to the positions and asked the bowler to bowl the next ball. Sachin Tendulkar faced the challenge and never went to the dressing room. His guts showed that he had come to the international arena to face the challenge of international cricket and he did rise up to the occasion to prove his ability.
Borea Majumdar also said that Sachin was very mischievous as well. He once did pour amrutanjan in the eyes of fellow cricketer and when he went to the bathroom to wash the face he poured colgate on the face.

It is very difficult to break Sachin Tendulkar's record of 100 centuries in tests and one day internationals.
