Celebrity Endoresements

We all have our own favorite celebrity. Some of us are interested in buying the things which is endorsed by our favorite celebrity. The advertising companies and marketing agencies take this as their advantage and use the reputed celebrity based on the trend to endorse their products. Some celebrities may use the product and sharing their own experience but it is really a million dollar question whether all the celebrities using the products which is endorsed by them?

Now a days most of the people (celebrity) are money minded and endorse any product for the money. The innocent people who are following the celebrity will buy the products even though it is expensive and use it for their needs. Some of the products are good and provide the best results, but some of them are normal and providing only average results, but this kind of products costs a lot.

People must get the real awareness, don't buy a thing for your favorite celebrity. Buy the thing which is good and having a high quality. A lot of cheap and best things are available in the market, but they don't have a proper advertisement. In fact best things don't need a great advertisement and they will get popular based on its quality. Don't believe that the celebrity who is promoting the product using it for his/her use. May be s/he is just promoting the product for the money sake. Buying a thing for a celebrity is really a crazy activity and we must avoid this kind of things.

I know that the reason why they endorse a product is because the brand is the name which is sponsoring them into existence. I personally endorse Vodafone who sponsor my project and with other companies that work with them to provide the service. Its call co-branding.
Sometimes in cases like these the person has to endorse those other brands too and get paid for the same as it is part of the sponsorship requirement.
So if my record label is Sony I get my acoustics done by them including the CDs etc. but the paperwork is usually provided by another brand to which they lend a label.
While on tour, the brand that gives the best deal is the one who takes care of the entire tour as the main official sponsor.
Its not about the run for money but the number of sponsorships and funding available for the year and when you hit into such a market, you always need a sponsor to be able to get your name out there and that is when you endorse the product. Its your choice if you want to use the product but one you may be able to lend your name as its part of the mandatory requirement of the contract or you end up paying the brand name and worse still getting stripped of the sponsor.
That is what endorsement is all about, they enter into a legal contract to provide you with the facilities that would help forward your careers and you provide them with your name and image to promote their brand. Its an equal opportunity deal with certain strings attached wherein you may not be allowed to touch the rival company or brand as long as you are sponsored by them.
Greed for money is one as 90% find that its easy money to get sponsored and endorsed without understanding the seriousness and brevity of who and what they are sponsoring and endorsing. It all boils down to a good manager and agent to get the celebrity out there.

Personal experience....
