Although the ruling has not yet been known, Katherine Jackson and TJ agree to share the responsibility of education of Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson (whose ages are between 10 and 15 years). Thus, the matriarch can concentrate more on education rather than to administrative duties.
The American justice today must appoint a nephew of Michael Jackson as co-guardian of the three children of Michael Jackson.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff had already said he was also inclined to give custody of children to the son of Tito Jackson still would share the responsibility with the mother of Michael Jackson - which until now has played these tasks alone, and therefore was praised by the judge.

TJ, one of Tito's sons was part of the 3T and they were favourite nephews of their uncle.
The kids get along very well with them and Kate felt it was only fair that they be allowed in their lives to create a balance and grounding within the family which was falling apart because of the the various altercations about their fathers' will. While it is authentic some say it is forged and only the ink on the paper would give the actual date and time as to when it was actually signed.
The kids are happy and that is all that matters although Michael would have preferred them staying away from public spectacle as it invaded their privacy and childhood. No one quite understood why he did what he did by covering his childrens faces but as famous as he was, he was just trying to protect them to give them a breath of normalcy and would have preferred if his family maintained it too post his transcending.
