Raju Middya was outstanding.
On 20th September, 2011, Bengali superstar Rachana Banerjee came as guest judge in Zee Bangla Mirakkel Program. She judged the performances of participants along with Rajatavo Dutta, Paran Banerjee and Srilekha Mitra.
Mir Afsar Ali took the viewers to Barcelona in Spain, by changing the background. All the shooting had taken place in studio in Kolkata. Raju Middya spoke about a special function when he went over there and due to the insistence of the organizer he had to perform on behalf of the renowned singers who could not come there. He had to sing Manna Dey’s song “se amar choto bon”. Then he had to sing it in pop and rock style. He sang the song to show it.
Then an old audience asked him to sing a kheyal. He sang that also. And he did that brilliantly. Rachana Banerjee mentioned that as an actress she had not performed with that excellence a Raju Middya. Mir said that when people think the performers were artists performing in machas, they were wrong. Actors like Raju Middya were not known in Kolkata, otherwise the industry would have benefitted from talented persons like Raju Middya.
Pallabi Mukherjee was outstanding.
Pallabi Mukherjee imitated both Rachana Banerjee and Koel Mallick in respect of acting in Mahishashur Mordini. She did that previously also. But she did that for the first time before Rachana Banerjee and she was amazed. Vicky and Partho also did well. The other participants performed excellently.
At the end of the show, Raju Middya won the prize for the best performance of the day. Mir conducted the program exceedingly well.

Raju Middya's performance was excellent. At the same time the way he got standing appreciation from the judges Srilekha Mitra, Paran Banerjee, Rajatavo Dutta and Rachana Banerjee, it is absolutely mind-blowing. Mir spend 5 minutes in appreciating the skills of Raju Middya, which also showed his respect for talented performers.
