"Well. look!" Probably the most trite phrase ever uttered by a politician

Maybe I am the only person in the whole wide world who has to turn off the sound when the politicians are speaking. All of them have a catch phrase that they use compulsively when attempting to make a point. What or better yet, where did "Well, look" come from? This is not a comment on my political views, it is only my attempt to get them to stop saying it over and over and over again.
Incomplete quotes, dates and places where "Well, look" has been used as a part of speech
You would think that if you Goggled "Well, look" it would come up with zero responses. That's what I expected to find. Instead, I found lots of examples that prove my point that this trite phrase, probably coined by someone who clearly thought that it would grab attention, is rampant. Originally I thought it was all Democrats but have had to revise my thinking. It is everywhere. Do they have any idea how dumb this is beginning to sound?
Let's start with President Obama.

I didn't provide the full quotes and I really don't care what they say because the minute I hear, "well, look", I simply tune out.
Apparently I am not alone. From the website Politico, comes this statement. Apparently they have had enough because the website is down. Maybe they couldn't take it anymore either.

Your point is valid but you didn't add anything to the discussion. You clearly have Google and cut-and-paste skills but what did you hope to show people with your writing? That politicians are condescending and speak in sound bytes? We already know that. Some research in to the origin of the phrase or why people react to it would have made this article actually useful.
