The article speaks about five of the most infamous celebrity mugshots in Hollywood history.

James Brown, "The Godfather of Soul", had arguably the greatest infamous mug shot ever. On January 1, 2004, police officer arrested the legendary soul singer in Aiken County, South Carolina and charged him with domestic violence. Tomi Rae Hynie accused him of pushing her to the floor during an argument at their home, where she suffered scratches and bruises to her right arm and hip. Later that year in June 2004, James Brown pleaded no contest to the domestic violence incident but served no jail time. Instead, he was required to forfeit a US$1,087 bond as punishment. Tragically, James Brown passed away on December 25, 2006 from pneumonia. He was 73 years old.

Mike was innocent and hence the acquittal. There was more to it than what was seen but it wasn't molestation. I will keep it that way as respect to him.
