"I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs, and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music." - -George Eliot

The Pathway to Destruction

NME.com reports: How did a Justin Bieber Instagram generate so much so much buzz? One would expect him to say that he does not deserve so much negative press. It is quite a challenge for people on his plateau to admit that they actually have a problem. Once you admit that your life is careening out of control, then the healing process can begin. The talented rich brat became the focus of criticism after appearing around two hours on stage for his first show at London's O2 Arena, prompting many star crazed fans and their parents to vacate and catch the trains. It was a challenge to reverse this spell of bad luck as things went south for him the night after when he was taken to hospital after falling victim to illness on stage, and in another incident he had to be restrained by his bodyguards after a heated exchange with a photographer.

Bieber wrote: "Everyone in my team has been telling me, 'keep the press happy' but I'm tired of all the countless lies in the press right now." The 19-year-old has 7.3 million Instagram followers, a number far short of his Twitter tally, where he has almost 36 million, making his the most followed account on the site. Now that speaks volumes for the famed singer.

He was reported to debunk other rumors that he was an embarrassment to his family. Supposedly, his grandparents would have not been savvy enough to contact the press, even if they had been peeved. Bieber also denied reports he was heading to rehab, arrogantly writing: "If Anyone believes I need rehab that's their own stupidity lol. I'm 19 with 5 number one albums, 19 and I've seen the whole world." Hey, may be that is the problem - a little too much to fast.

He finished whimpering by saying: "And don't think I deserve all this negative press I've worked my ass off to get where I am and my hard work doesn't stop here... All this isn't easy. I get angry sometimes. I'm human. I'm gonna make mistakes. In gonna grow and get better from them. But all the love from you guys overcomes the negativity. I love u. Thanks."

No one will dispute his hard work, and due to the nature of the business it must persist to assure future success. One would concur that we all are flawed human beings and are prone to make mistakes, but we have to be sensitive to the red flags when they become so vivid in our lives. Shall we lift Bieber up in our prayers before he becomes a victim of his own success? Now to all of you who have become a victim of slow economic growth - this is for you.
