If I were to put together an unstoppable All-Star Miami Heat team, I would narrow it down to these past and present Heat players.

The Miami Heat

The Miami Heat is an American professional basketball team based in Miami, Florida and in the Eastern Conference of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Formed in 1988 as one of the NBA's four expansion franchises, the Miami Heat have won the 2006, 2012, and 2013 NBA championships, five conference titles and 11 division titles. The Forbes valued the Heat at $$1.175 billion, ninth most valuable among NBA franchises.

D. Wade

Dwyane Wade is arguably the greatest Miami Heat ever. Nicknamed “Flash” because of his quickness, he led the Miami Heat to their first NBA championship in franchise history in 2006 and named the NBA Finals MVP. Dwyane Wade was part of the Big Three with LeBron James and Chris Bosh that won back-to-back NBA championships in 2012 and 2013. He is one of the greatest shooting guards in NBA history and an elite player. Dwyane Wade is a three-time NBA champion, ten-time NBA All-Star, and the 2009 NBA scoring champion.

LeBron James

LeBron James is widely considered the greatest basketball player in this generation. Nicknamed "King James," he is the face of the current NBA and one of America's most influential and popular athletes. LeBron James led the Miami Heat on a 27-game winning streak in 2013, the second longest in league history and two straight NBA championships. LeBron James is a two-time NBA Finals MVP, four-time NBA Most Valuable Player, 11-time NBA All-Star, and the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year.

Alonzo Mourning

Alonzo Mourning was the centerpiece of the Miami Heat in the late 1990s. His tenacity on defense earned him NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award on two occasions. He was the muscle and heart of the Miami Heat for his first seven years with the team. Alonzo Mourning’s toughness and rebounding abilities played a huge role in Miami Heat winning the 2006 NBA championship. He is a seven-time NBA All-Star, 1999 and 2000 NBA Blocks leader. I would have him play the power forward position for the team.

Shaq

Shaq was one of the most dominant players in NBA history. His strength and bulk made it very difficult for opposing teams to stop him. He was one of the heaviest and strongest players ever to play in the NBA. Shaq was instrumental in helping the Miami Heat win the 2006 NBA championship. He is a four-time NBA champion, three-time NBA Finals MVP, 15-time NBA All-Star, and the 1993 NBA Rookie of the Year. Many of his NBA peers considered him as one of the greatest centers ever.

Tim Hardaway

Tim Hardaway was one of the masters of the crossover move during his NBA career. Known for his crossover dribble that was dubbed the "UTEP Two-step," Tim Hardaway was the star point guard that helped established the Miami Heat as serious championship contenders in the late 1990s. His speed, scoring, and ball handling skills made him almost impossible to stop. He is a five-time NBA All-Star and holds the Miami Heat's all-time record in 3pt field goals made, with 806.

I was so glad when they won the last time. They are a great representation for Miami, Florida. Another great sport article, you should be a sport newscaster, you know the subject very well, in my case, I barely know much about sports.
