The Big Sing was held at the Royal Albert hall, read on to find out more about it.

The Big Sing

On Sunday 31st October, the Big Sing was held at the Royal Albert Hall, and televised on BBC1, and included participation of a huge audience. Many beautiful hymns were sung, and the proceedings were introduced by Aled Jones, who himself sang at the close of the show.

His guests included Russell Watson, who has himself battled two brain tumours in the past 4 years. It was good to see him looking so well, and upbeat.

Another guest was Gareth Gates, who was himself a choir boy at the age of 11, and sang for the Queen whilst a member of the Bradford Cathedral Choir. I have included a video of him singing, HIS EYE IS ON THE SPARROW.
It was a very uplifting and inspiring show, and a joy to watch them all performing.

Sounds just lovely.
I wish I was able to sing but, unfortunately...
I can't even stand the sound of my own voice.
Let alone spring it on others.
I bet it was just a wonderful night to witness.
Thank you for sharing.:)

Oh, that's so amazing. I wish I were in Gareth Gates' Choir. Maybe I'd have become a better singer and not a good songwriter!
I like your staff. Wherever you go, I'll follow you!
