Top 11 Perform

After the elimination of team Pharrell's Mark Hood last week, eleven singers remain on “The Voice” as they celebrate Thanksgiving week with family...including bringing them to rehearsals in a week that brought rousing cheers from the fans and tears to the coach's eyes.

First up is team Adam's Country music singer Shelby Brown with the Lady Gaga hit “You and I'. Noting that he knows how much Shelby loves Alabama, Blake said that it was his favourite performance by her so far; adding the song showed her range. Pharrell said that Shelby came out like a cannon; adding it was one of her most comfortable performances. Gwen said it felt like one of Shelby's song; adding that she would make the growl more special. Adam said that Shelby killed it but noted how the audience is the worst clappers.

Team Pharrell's Evan McKeel took a trip into the musical vault for his performance with “Smile” by Nat King Cole. After opening the song A Cappella, Evan played the guitar as he sang. Host Carson Daly noted that it was a timely song given the recent events. Saying that it was her favourite from Evan, Gwen call the performance beautiful; adding that Evan's voice shined. Blake said that Evan seemed like such a pro. Pharrell said that Evan did a great job.

Team Blake's Barrett Baber took on the Helen Reddy and Tanya Tucker song “Delta Dawn”. Gwen said that Barrett mans the stage and commands the room. Adam called Barrett an awesome dude and a showman. Blake said that Barrett took them to church.

Last week's instant save Korin Bukowski performed the Mandy Moore song “Only Hope”. Adam noted that it is one of the hardest things for a teen to find their identity; but Korin is shaping her own identity. Noting that he didn't see any nerves this week, Pharrell said that Korin is on the right path and is coming in to her own. Gwen noted that Korin has a unique voice; adding that Korin is becoming more confident.

Amy Vachal performed the Taylor Swift song “Blank Space”. Noting how he loved the song flips, Blake suggested that Amy sing his song “Boys Round Here” and flip it to the girl's side. Saying it was some great singing, Blake called the performance his favourite so far from Amy. Agreeing with Blake about the song flips, Pharrell said the song framed Amy's voice well; and added that people need to go download the song right now. Adam said that Amy has been triumphant in making the cover songs her own.

Taking a break from the competition, 10 time Grammy award winning coach Pharrell Williams performed his song “Freedom”.

Blake's teen heartthrob Zach Seabaugh performed the Thompson Square song “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not”. Gwen called it cheating to sing that song since Zach already has all the girls voting for him; but added it was the perfect song for Zach to sing. Calling Zach awesome, Adam said that Zach has it all and did an awesome job. Saying that it was a big night for Zach, Blake noted that Zach's singing was spot on; adding that Zach had great vocals.

Team Pharrell's Madi Davis performed the U2 song “Love is Blindness”; playing the piano for part of her performance. The performance brought the coaches to their feet and had Pharrell up on the stage giving Madi a hug. A shocked Adam noted that the song was different from anything Madi has done; adding that it was amazing. Blake called it the best performance of the night so far; adding that it was the perfect match of artist and song. Pharrell called the performance amazing and really unbelievable. The performance left Gwen and Madi's Dad in tears.

A 15 year old Braiden Sunshine went back to the 80s for his song when he performed the Spandau Ballet song “True”. Carson said htat Braiden sounded great. Blake called the performance magic and Braiden made it his own; adding that it was a perfect pairing of artist and coach with Braiden and Gwen. Pharrell said that Braiden's holding the big note was crazy and had him looking at his watch. A blown away Gwen noted how Braiden did so much of his own stuff in the song and it was perfect.

After his chart topping performance last week, Jordan Smith sang “Who You Are” by Jessie J. Pharrell noted how Jordan pays attention to detail and it is remarkable to watch; adding that Jordan is a great singer. Noting that it was hard to speak after the performance, Gwen said that Jordan is fun to watch. Coach Adam remarked on how Jordan has had some insecurity issues; saying that Jordan is one of the best performers.

Team Blake's Emily Ann Roberts performed a Bluegrass rendition of The Judds “Why Not Me”. Pharrell said that Emily Ann gives a classic feel to the classic songs. Blake said that Emily Ann is going to be around for a very long time.

Jeffrey Austin closed out the show with his version of Robyn's “Dancing on My Own”. Saying that he always looks forward to hearing Jeffrey sing, Adam said that Jeffrey has a quality that can't be taught. Blake said that Jeffrey could win the competition. Moved to tears, Gwen called Jeffrey gifted; adding that she was blow away.

On Tuesday one more singer will go home.

After the east coast broadcast four singers had their songs in the top 10 of one of the iTunes singles charts.
